Welcome to GoShip. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase, license, and use of the GoShip Golang Boilerplate.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using GoShip, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the boilerplate.

3. License Grant

• Grant: Upon purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and deploy the GoShip code for your own projects.
• Scope: You may use the boilerplate code to develop new software, including commercial applications, without additional fees.

4. User Responsibilities

• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using or modifying the boilerplate.
• Integrity: You are responsible for any software created using GoShip and for maintaining the security of your deployed applications.

5. Intellectual Property

• Original Boilerplate: All rights, title, and interest in the original GoShip code remain with GoShip.
• Derived Works: You retain ownership of any new code or projects you create using the GoShip boilerplate.

Data collection, usage, and user rights are described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your data is handled.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised date at the top. Continued use of GoShip after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination of License

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the GoShip boilerplate.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

GoShip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GoShip, its affiliates, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the boilerplate, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the boilerplate.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Morocco.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoShip, its affiliates, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the GoShip boilerplate or violation of these Terms.

14. Prohibited Uses

• Using the boilerplate for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of any part of GoShip that is not provided as part of the boilerplate.
• Using the boilerplate to create malicious software, including but not limited to viruses, worms, or spyware.

15. Events Beyond Our Control

GoShip shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or internet service interruptions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GoShip regarding the use of the boilerplate and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
